Happy Birthday Emily!!!

A month has passed since I last updated my blog. We have had so much going on since Christmas that I kinda forgot that it was here waiting on me to update. I'll have to share what all has been happening next time. For now, I want to celebrate a very special girl:

I can't believe our baby girl is now 8 years old! Her actual birthday was on Thursday, but with Mark's hectic work schedule we waited until Saturday night to have her cake. Doesn't she look beautiful, healthy and happy?




Here is a close-up of the Barbie cake I made for Emily. It was fun, but also time consuming. The happiness it brought was all worth it though!

Speaking of birthdays........Garrett had his 3rd in October. Mom reminded me the other night that she had not seen the pics from his day. So this one is for her. I think he looks very handsome, with just a hint of mischief in his eyes.
